Couples/Family Mediation

Sessions can be scheduled for 1.5 or 2 hours. The fee covers: > an FMC accredited mediator managing your discussions to keep them focused and productive > a written confidential and without prejudice outcome statement after each session of the decisions you have made & any issues yet to be resolved > a free signed court application form if mediation breaks down |

Comprehensive confidential and without prejudice documents detailing the decisions you have jointly made during the mediation process. These may include : > Memorandum of Understanding > Open Financial Statement > Parenting Plan |

Non-family Mediation

2 hour session: £250 per party Half day & whole day sessions by request |
Depending on requirements, sessions can be booked for two hour, half day or whole day durations. The fee covers: > an accredited mediator managing your discussions to keep them focused and productive > a written confidential and without prejudice outcome statement of the decisions you have made & any issues yet to be resolved |

- Parents of children under the age of 18 wishing to mediate about child issues may be eligible for the government's family mediation voucher scheme. The voucher provides £500 towards the cost of joint sessions between parents or the cost of Child Inclusive Mediation.
- Payment must be received 5 days in advance of all MIAM, joint mediation, or Child Inclusive mediation sessions.
- We do not charge extra for sending emails or letters, or for enquiry phone calls. VAT is not applicable on our fees.
- Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full less any venue hire costs incurred. Refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment is due will be at our discretion.
