Why should I choose Navigate Mediation?
Our names are Joanna and Sharon. We met when training to be family mediators and found ourselves bonding over a mutual sense of humour! It also became apparent that we shared similar values regarding the mediation service we wanted to offer our future clients, and so the idea of collaborating with one another was born.
We hail from different professional backgrounds and between us have experienced several of the difficult challenges life can throw at the human race. What we hope this means is that you'll find us professional, approachable and compassionate, delivering a reassuring service that works for you in terms of its efficiency, effectiveness and integrity.
But, just as no two parties in dispute are the same, neither are mediation providers. We welcome an initial discussion with you so that you can decide if we're the right fit for you and your circumstances.
We are both family, community and workplace mediators and are registered individually with the Family Mediation Council and The Family Mediators Association.
We offer an online mediation service to anyone based throughout the United Kingdom and can provide in-person mediation in the following regions:

- South Birmingham
- North Cotswolds
We have signed the "Green Pledge" of the World Mediators Alliance on Climate Change ( see https://womac.org/ ) which means we try to be mindful of the impact of our business processes and actions on the environment.
